The greater Noida Authority declared to launch this Scheme on its foundation day that is two days later to Independence Day means on 28 January 2014. The cost of 350 square feet would be 7 lakhs to 8 lakhs. The official said that they have been already had a word with some banks which have given in-principal approval to sanction loan up to 90% of the full flat cost. And they are also trying to avail 100% finance by private banks for buyers. Thus buyers no need to worry if they don’t have that much savings.
Last year, Greater Noida Authority had already launched a housing scheme of 7,000 flats of 300 square feet each in sectors Mu-2 and 10 in Greater Noida.
